Payments

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. If we need a little more time, we'll reach out to let you know.

We ship via USPS Regular Parcel. If you'd like expedited or upgraded shipping, just contact us before placing your order and we'll arrange it.

If there's any issue or discrepancy with your order, let us know and we'll make it right. Please allow appropriate transit time before reaching out about delivery status.

International orders: if you're ordering from outside the United States, please note that you are responsible for any additional duties or international taxes that may apply upon delivery.

We are not responsible for damage that occurs during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours — email photos and a description of the damage to hello@ostyskincare.com and we'll take care of you.

Refunds & Returns

We're not able to accept exchanges or returns. If your package was damaged during shipping, please save both the box and the contents, photograph everything, and contact us as soon as possible at hello@ostyskincare.com. We'll do right by you.
