1. Use anytime your eyes feel tired or you feel fatigued or stressed
2. Massage the areas under and around your eyes for a few minutes prior to applying mask to promote blood circulation
3. Remove mask from pouch and unfold; position mask on face/eye area using caution not to touch your eyes with the mask or mask essence
4. Leave on for 15 minutes and relax
5. Remove mask and gently massage the areas around your eyes to help increase the absorption of the essence into your skin
6. Dispose of mask after single use
